What is the student discount?
(please do not copy and paste) students receive a discounted rate compared to other clients, which is already applied at the time of booking (e.g. in Quebec $130 instead of $160+, or other provinces $100 instead of $130 +). In addition to this, StudentCare insurance is partnered with us and will reimburse the client according to their coverage
Students can show any kind of document proving that they are currently registered in school.
If a student rather book as an adult this is okay - they may want to do this because there is more availability. However, the student would have to pay the regular adult rate (which is more expensive than the studentcare rate). They would still be able to make a claim with their insurance. In the event of a conflict of interest (which would be rare and typically only happen if the therapist and client knew each other beforehand), the therapist would handle it and refer the client to someone else!
