While booking it skipped the credit card step:
Every booking requires a credit card. If credit card step does not show up please let person know there is a glitch in our system currently but they will receive a follow-up call for credit card information. This information is required on file before the session takes place.
VR: add error to your notes on five9. Will create a disposition shortly for no credit card - can check if this exist already.
Chat: get client care team to send a note - please provide name, therapist and date of appointment. email clientcare@24hvirtual.com
Side note - anyones credit card can be provided for the session as it does not need to match patients name
